Aquaforte UV-C prevents the water in (swimming) ponds from turning green. A UV-C device is the solution against green pond water and is therefore essential in every pond.
How does a UV-C device work? The pump pushes pond water into the UVC unit, where it comes into contact with UV-C radiation. This radiation breaks down the DNA structure of single-celled microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and algae. They can no longer proliferate and disappear from the pond. The result is a clear and healthy pond without the addition of chemicals. UV-C is an environmentally friendly technique that reduces the maintenance of ponds and biopools.
